"We arrived without a reservation today but I asked the lady if they accommodated children with special needs; ie not having to wait in line due to ASD. She immediately took us to the reservation line, took our info and as soon as Santa arrived back from the North Pole (lunch), he welcomed my son with open arms and invited him to sit beside him for a chat and some pictures! Frequently Asked Questions

RightDoes Santa wear a mask in the photos?

Obviously, we want to see everyone’s beautiful smile including Santa’s! However, in our post-COVID world, it is ultimately up to the local Health Authority and Santa as to whether they want to wear a mask. Our preference of course is no mask, but we respect everyone’s personal decision.

RightI haven't received my digital download, and it's been over 10 minutes!

Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please email us with the date you came in, the time you came in and a photo of the print you received. Please make sure you email the correct location as we have multiple locations! All emails are listed above.

RightWhat does it cost to take a photo with Santa?

There is NO COST if you just want to have a visit with Santa. However, if you’d like to take a photo (even just on your cellphone) you do need to purchase a package. Our packages start at $24.99 (price subject to change) and always include a digital download. Please check with your local mall for more details.

RightCan I make a reservation?

Yes! Once the mall finalizes its schedule for each season, you can book an appointment. Usually, this is online in mid-November but please check your local mall website! It’s highly recommended that you book an appointment early as they do tend to sell out quickly.

RightWhen are you open?

Generally, we open near the end of November and go until Christmas Eve. Please check your local mall website in November for specific times and dates!

RightDo you offer pets and sensory-friendly photos with Santa?

Absolutely! Specific times and dates are announced in November of each season. Please check your local mall’s website starting in November of each year for more details.

RightWhat if I don't like the first photo you take?

Your satisfaction is our main focus! If you’re not satisfied with the first image, you are welcome to ask us to try one more time. We do have to limit the number of reshoots we offer to each guest, due to long lines and of course we always want to make sure we don’t take away from the main focus of the day, a visit with our amazing Santa!

RightHow do I get my digital downloads?

Your digital files are sent instantly via text and email. However, sometimes they don’t go through right away due to a typo or an issue with wireless carriers or email servers. If you don’t see them within 10 minutes, please refer to Question 1.

RightWhy is this different than last year? Why do you not offer different sizes of prints or frames?

We are a small, locally-owned company that was founded in 2018 by Clint Bargen. Our focus has always been to have much better customer service than previous companies and to keep things as simple as possible in order to keep lines as short as possible. We want to make sure everyone gets a good experience with the main focus of the day, Santa Claus!

RightWhy is there no year on my photo?

The year on the photo is a decision made by each individual mall, if you would like to see it come back feel free to reach out to them and request it. In the meantime, however, many of our guests create their own year or stickers using smartphone apps like Instagram or Snapseed. Thank you for understanding!

RightMy child has autism and has difficulty standing in long lines, is there anything you can do to help?

Yes, we definitely can help. First, if you are able to make it to one of our sensory-friendly sessions or if you can make a reservation online, those are definitely the best options. However, if those don’t work for you, please just line up at our reservation line and let one of our staff members know that your child has autism and we will do our best to get in you in as soon as possible!
